Could March get more dramatic?
HEY HEY!
So tomorrow's a HUGE day for me and everyone who's 18 and lives in Malaysia, tomorrow's a red letter day! A day where we'll receive our SPM results ( apparently a big exam, and a big deal) before separating ways to different universities or colleges. Pause. I think my introduction for this post is kind of absurd. Like why explain? it's the hottest topic on Twitter, Whats app, Facebook or any social networks in Malaysia. But then again, my introduction is fairly appropriate because people who don't live in Malaysia or have no idea what Malaysia is, might not be able to relate and understand. So, hit the resume button!
So I have a morning flight with my mum tomorrow to get the slip at my school. Pretty awesome aye? Like how many people that you know of that goes to school by plane? Hehehe ;) Nah~ I'm just exaggerating. My school is an 8-hour drive from my home and only an hour by plane, so it's only rational to go by plane. Like it would only be rational for me to go to school by plane, it would only be rational for me to feel nervous, anxious etc. considering this is the climax of school for students in Malaysia. But the thing is I'm not nervous or too worried that I have a hard time sleeping at night, in fact I feel "nothing". And I have no problem with sleeping at night which is strange because I have insomnia due to my over thinking issues.
I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing. Let's just hope my feelings don't suddenly decide to kick in tomorrow and I get into an-overdrive-nervous-mode that causes me to go crazy. My plan is to be as calm as I possibly can tomorrow and just get it done with. And of course I'm hoping so dearly to get 9A+ tomorrow. I wish all of you who have their results tomorrow GOOD LUCK AND ALL THE BEST! I know it may sound cliche but, whatever the results , let's just take it with an open mind and an open heart. IF, you don't get what you're hoping for tomorrow, ITS OKAY. I mean it. It's not the end of the world. You still have to live like you used to, nothing changes actually. It's just how you respond to the results that effect your life dearly.
And besides, Bill Gates - one of the richest men on Earth, is also known as Harvard's most successful dropout. So yeah, there's always a way to be successful in life or live the life of your dreams.
